Food Situation in Prisons

The food they serve in prisons are not very good and some say worst then dog food. So now we as a group need to find out who and what we can do about this. It is our Friends and Family being served this mess. My guess is they should have to go throu the same rules and inspection as any other place that serves food. So who knows there local Health Inspector. Contact the counties Health Inspector where the prison is.

Introduction

This is a spin off of the Yahoo Group for Friends sand Family. This is so we as friends and family of Ga. Inmates can work together and see what can be done to change some of the negative things these inmates have to deal with on daily basics. What they outside world don't understand or see is that not only are the inmates suffering but so are we the family and friends of these inmates. It cost us to put money on the books, it cost it we want to hear there voices, and believe it or not even when they get sick we still are paying for it because the fee is removed from there account. Everything these inmates get for the most part is from us as the friends and family members. If we can get the word out about how badly the inmates are treated just maybe someone will take charge and make some changes to our faulty system. Lets pass this link around to everyone you know that might have or know of someone in the Ga. Prison system. I fully understand that they are inmates or prisoners and have done things to be locked up for but they do deserve to be treated better the animals in the shelters. The animals in the shelters are treated so much better then most of our friends and family members are. They have A/C, heat and a bowl of food and water.


We need links to the counties where there is a prison so we can get the local newspaper to read our blog. We can send this to any and all groups that might be of some help. Post of the prisons face book account and even in your emails. It is going to be listed in the search engines
